Differentiation of lessons (Visual, Auditory, Practical). I teach in different methods to make sure students grasp in one of the methods as all children learn differently, therefore lessons require to be conducted in different teaching methods. Teachers/Developmental leaders are required to get to know his/her students in order to teach the student. I get to know my students very quickly and build on their concentration span to make sure they learn more.
