About Daria

I have done gymnastics since I learned how to walk, with a 7-year tenure in the USA Gymnastics Program in New York State. Through high school, I continued with my gymnastics career as Captain of Stuyvesant High School's Varsity Gymnastics team, taking 1st place in the All Around at New York City Championships in 2024, landing me as the Captain of the PSAL's (New York Public Schools Athletic League) Gymnastics team at New York State Championships. In tandem with my high school gymnastics career, I worked at a number of professional gyms like Brooklyn Gymnastics Center and Gotham Gymnastics, as well as within recreational programs such as Gymstars and Beyond Dance.

About the lesson

As a lifelong gymnast myself, I recognize how important it is to have access to relatable and compassionate mentors. With my extensive experience across many disciplines and my adaptable coaching style, I am able to prioritize the physical and emotional health of my students while simultaneously promoting quick progression in their gymnastics.
