I am an English language tutor with 5 years experience of teaching. I have given classes predominately online to professionals all over the globe, helping them improve both written and spoken English.
I also have a degree in journalism and experience in writing and editing.

The structure of the lessons would depend on your needs, as I try to tailor my lessons to my students.
However, if I were to give a general class as an example. We would start with a topic to read and discuss about, where there would be a vocabulary focus for the lesson and questions to warm up with.
You (the student) would then read to me passages about our topic. Where I would then correct any errors, make sure your understanding is strong, before moving onto the next passage.
In between these passages would be lots of opportunities for discussion.
We would then end with an opportunity for you (the student) to ask me questions, and have some natural conversation.
I don't believe in mistakes as failure, I think of them as learning opportunities.
