About Bhawanjot
I am a research scholar (Senior Research Fellow) in International Relations. I chose the path of PhD for my interest in research but most importantly to pursue my passion for teaching. Teaching is therapeutic to me, the joy it gives me is beyond expression. Teaching keeps me in touch with reading and writing and I feel most alive when I am reading.

I have a learner-oriented method. In first few sessions I try to figure out the issues being faced by student in a particular subject, then I make a plan with them to work on those issues one by one. I am strictly against rote learning. I believe in understanding the concept and learning it practically and helping students understand why they being taught these concepts. My teaching involves a lot of examples and illustrations as I think there is no better way to learn something than learning by example.
