About Jiyoung

My lessons are designed for complete beginners who want to learn Japanese in a simple and practical way.

I focus on real-life conversation, useful expressions, and speaking practice — not just grammar or textbooks.
Lessons are taught in English, so you don’t need any previous experience with the language.

We’ll go step by step, and I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and supported.
Whether you want to travel, enjoy J-dramas or anime, or just try something new, I’ll help you start with confidence!

About the lesson

I love learning and sharing languages.
As a native Korean speaker who also speaks Japanese and English, I understand how exciting — and sometimes confusing — learning a new language can be.

I want to help learners feel confident and enjoy the journey, just like I did when I was learning Japanese and English.

That’s why I decided to teach Japanese, especially to beginners who need friendly and simple guidance.
