About Nick
I have a jazz degree from Middlesex University and 12 year touring and performing professionally around the world. I have taught privately during this period and in schools, and many of my students have gone on to achieve grade 8 in exams- a few have even become music professionals. I still have the same passion for playing and practicing everyday, and I love see personal growth and development in others.

I like to focus on song learning, as I think that is the best vehicle for improving and enjoying playing.
I also like to explain some basic theory, so my students can understand why something is happening the music, not just how.
