Russell is an extremely talented musician and patient teacher. He is an expert in many styles such as Jazz, Gospel, and R&B and his musical background is extended. He is not only a teacher but an artist himself. I'd 100% recommend him to enrich your musical journey!

Russell is not only a great music teacher, he's a really interesting thinker and always has valuable insight when answering all my questions. His knowledge of theory is super deep. He's a pianist of really high caliber and has performed in venues all over, he helped me so much with my jazz vocal technique, he helped me lay chords underneath my melodies in my compositions, created piano backing tracks for my songs, helped me understand jazz, and much more. He even taught himself Spanish and is now fluent, and he tutored my kids when they were struggling.
Russell is really smart, shows up on time, he's super responsible and responsive. Just a very high quality musician, teacher and intellect, all at a reasonable price. 11 stars out of 10!
