About Hiroko
Of Japanese origin, born in France, I grew up immersed in a dual European and traditional Japanese culture, deeply influenced by Buddhist philosophy. For 15 years, I worked as a neurobiology researcher in laboratories at the Pasteur Institute and Inserm in Paris. I trained as an MBSR instructor, a mindfulness-based stress reduction method developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This training, along with the experience of a silent meditation retreat, allowed me to deepen my self-knowledge and awakened in me the desire to share this meditative practice with as many people as possible.

I can guide you in answering these questions and creating this time for yourself, for example, through regular sessions that include guided meditation, mindful dialogue, and physical relaxation exercises (yoga) based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) method.
