About Giusi
I'm an Italian writer and professional translator with a background in creative non-fiction and journalism. For years I've organised cultural events, working closely with writers, artists, and makers, and that world has shaped how I teach: with curiosity, warmth, and a genuine love for creative expression in all its forms.
My interests run wide: art, cinema, music, cuisine, craft. Whatever you're drawn to, we'll find a way in through it.
I'm reliable, but not intimidating. I work with complete beginners, intermediate learners, aspiring writers, and professionals who need sharper translation skills, teenagers to adults, all starting points welcome.

My lessons are creative and project-based — we work on real pieces together, whether that's a short story, a translation, a conversation or writing you want to polish. Every 45-minute session has a tangible outcome and direct, constructive feedback so you build instincts you can use independently.
I am a practising Italian writer and professional translator with a range of experience across creative non-fiction and journalism.
Open to all: complete beginners, intermediate learners, aspiring writers, and professionals needing translation skills. I work with all ages, from teenagers to adults, and we always build from wherever you are.
