About Sita
I am a dedicated educator with a rich multicultural background, having been raised in both Italian and Indian environments. Growing up, I developed fluency in six languages, including Italian, English, French, Hindi, bengali and Tamil. This linguistic diversity has not only broadened my communication skills but also deepened my appreciation for different cultures and perspectives.
With over 11 years of experience in learning and development, I have honed my skills in designing and delivering effective educational programs tailored to diverse learners. My journey in education has been marked by a continuous quest for innovation, inclusion, and student-centered learning.
My teaching philosophy revolves around embracing diversity, leveraging language skills, empowering students, fostering innovation, and embracing lifelong learning as essential pillars of educational excellence.

As a teacher, my approach is centered around creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to explore, question, and collaborate. I adapt my teaching approach and methods to leverage the digital environment effectively.
Work timings are 9:00 AM to 11: AM and 9:30 PM to 10:30 PM
weekends 10:00 AM to 18h:00 PM

Usual structure of a class :
1.Welcome and Warm-up (5 minutes):
Greet students in French, e.g., "Bonjour tout le monde!"
Conduct a quick warm-up activity like a short pronunciation exercise or a simple question-and-answer session to get students engaged.
2.Introduction to New Vocabulary (5 minutes):
Introduce new vocabulary related to a specific theme (e.g., food, travel, daily routines) using visual aids like slides or flashcards.
Pronounce the words clearly and have students repeat after you to practice pronunciation.
3.Grammar Mini-Lesson (5 minutes):
Teach a basic grammar concept such as verb conjugation, sentence structure, or common French expressions.
Provide examples and explanations in a clear and concise manner.
Practice Activity (7 minutes):
4.Conduct a practice activity where students apply the new vocabulary and grammar concept.
For example, create fill-in-the-blank sentences, ask students to describe images using the new vocabulary, or role-play simple dialogues.
5.Interactive Drill (4 minutes):

Engage students in an interactive drill to reinforce learning, such as a quick quiz using online polling tools or a game like "Jeopardy" with French vocabulary and grammar questions.

My style :
I also like to use a lot of role plays, and work on pronunciation by doing reading exercises.
I believe in active Learning, which is Encouraging students to actively participate in the learning process through discussions, group activities, and hands-on projects. This approach fosters engagement and deeper understanding of the subject matter.
This structure allows for a balanced mix of instruction, practice, and interaction within the limited timeframe of a 30-minute online French class. Adjustments can be made based on the specific needs and proficiency levels of the students.
My lessons are adapted for proffessionals as well as students. Business language, general language, and adapted to client needs.
