About Agnieszka
My work is mostly based on my own life experience, changing countries where I have lived, my career directions, leaving my roots behind, opening to new challenges and ways of exploring the world, learning to follow my heart and intuition.
I studied coaching at City University in London, with Five4Success (from Germany) and I also certified as a Relationship Coach with Robbins-Madanes training from US (Strategic Intervention method).
For the last two years I have also been exploring myself, my own shadows and light, my limiting beliefs, my fears and my power, my deep needs, my heart desire. I have been using methods like: meditations, visualisations, heart & mind coherence, soul body fusion, counscious movement and dance (e.g. 5 Rhythms, GAGA), soul coaching, tantra, working with energy, art-therapy, women circles and more.
Following my heart, I have started my life few times from the beginning. It's like having few different lives. This is normal in the times when we live. We just need to be brave to go for it:-).

I work with adults and young people who want to change their lives, understand themselves better (who they are, what their deep needs are), know how to work with their intuition, trust and follow their heart, to gain self-confidence, self-love and acceptance overcome their fears, build authentic relationships, regain trust towards life, themselves and unknown, feel happier and calmer.
