About Neha
Immense satisfaction that I get when I teach and do yoga, I decided to quit my IT job and switch to yoga. This gives me an edge to integrate modern science with ancient wisdom I have been teaching private as well as group classes since 5 years. I teach asanas, pranayama, meditation and therapy yoga.
