I am a Senior RYS 500 Certified Yoga Instructor with over 10 years of professional teaching experience across corporate organizations, premium studios, and private clientele. My training includes traditional foundations from Mysuru and advanced certification aligned with Yoga Alliance standards.
Throughout my career, I have worked with reputed organizations such as Tech Mahindra, Edelweiss General Insurance, and other corporate platforms, delivering structured and disciplined wellness programs.
I maintain a professional, punctual, and results-oriented approach in every session. My teaching is focused on correct alignment, safe progression, and measurable improvement — ensuring that each student receives responsible and high-quality guidance.
