About Thomas
I am a researcher of cybersecurity and online privacy technologies harnessing the power of AI, I do part-time software development for a Silicon Valley company and study Information and Computing Science in Suzhou, on the central east coast of the People's Republic of China.
My tutoring experience started in High School, where I would support my classmates in keeping up with the fast pace of classes and prepare those who failed the final exams for the resits in Summer. In time I started to tutor students from other High Schools and Universities. In total I have been tutoring for 6 years (since late 2013)

Computer science is generally composed of a few simple elements: algorithms, architectures, syntactic rules and guidelines. All high school / technical schools and low university subjects are derived from combinations of these elements.
I propose simple, interactive and most importantly modern explanations of these keys to learning IT. My goal is not to impart knowledge to a student, but to bring him to comprehend a topic by understanding its structures and processes, first giving a general idea and then slowly going deeper into the details.
At the end of a course with me, the student will be able to self-study any IT topic. I do not recommend choosing me if you are seeking help for an exam the day after or urgent support; what I offer is a path to improving your computer science skills forever, not a patch to prepare you for a class test tomorrow.
