About Adam
I am currently a qualified teacher, graduating from Queens University Belfast and Durham University.
I have studied International Politics and Conflicts Studies as part of the George Mitchel Institute at QUB, and a PGCE in Secondary History at Durham University.
I have tutored students from my final year in High School, entrusted to advance the learning of GCSE students.
I require students to be open and honest with exactly what they need. My main focus is improving your marks and aligning your learning alongside your needs and what is asked of you from examiners. Therefore, prioritisation is upon maximising every learning minute you have with me.

A student first approach to tutoring, maximising the one to one contact or group contact to assess the students needs.
I have tutored across a range of subjects including maths, RE, and of course History and Politics. This has allowed to develop a cross curricula approach to encourage students to maximise their own learning in limited time.
A PGCE qualification from Durham University has provided extensive knowledge from hours of specification and mark scheme assessment. This allows me to provide exactly what students require.
Typical length of a lesson is just one hour a week, which provides time to assess knowledge gaps and most importantly aiding with exam technique.
Happy to teach all ages with experience from 12-18.
