About Folkert
Hello! My name is Folkert and I am an International Business graduate from the Netherlands. I enjoy helping students improve their English skills in a practical and comfortable way.
I believe the best way to learn a language is through communication, practice and confidence. My lessons focus on improving speaking, vocabulary, grammar and everyday English that students can use in real-life situations.
Whether you are a beginner or want to improve your fluency, I will adapt the lessons to your personal goals and learning style. I look forward to helping you become more confident in English!

I focus on making English lessons practical, engaging and tailored to each student’s goals. My teaching approach combines conversation practice, vocabulary building, grammar improvement and real-life examples to help students gain confidence in using English.
Lessons usually last 60 minutes, but I can adapt the length depending on the student’s needs. I focus on creating a comfortable environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and make mistakes while learning.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and experience communicating in international environments. My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced students who want to improve their speaking, writing, grammar or everyday communication skills.
