About Tehzeeb
With a strong background in both Language and Literature, I’ve spent the past years helping students build the analytical and writing skills needed. I am extremely passionate about literature, history, and culture. Tutoring gives me the opportunity to engage with students and discuss these, while getting a fresh perspective from the student as well. My aim is not only to help the student score better and have a deeper understanding of the content, but also to foster an appreciation for the subject in them.

I have tutored 2 myp-5 students, one grade-8 student and another IBDP Year 1 student in the past. My lessons are for students studying in grade-6 and above. I usually do 3-4 classes a week; each class is an hour long. However, I do increase the number of hours if the student requires it. Before tests and exams, I provide extra support and revision classes. My teaching methods include doing discussions on historical and cultural backgrounds of texts, regular timed writing practices with feedback and mini quizzes.
