About Lucie
Having recently graduated in Religions, Philosophies and Ethics from Bath Spa University, I want to pass on my passion for this excellent subject! The term 'philosophy' would have originally translated to 'love of wisdom' and I think this sentiment should guide all those studying it! While it is really important for students to pass exams, I also want students to come away from tuition feeling like they have really understood something new or being inspired to ask abstract question. Having both a mathematical and musical background, I believe I can trailer lessons to a variety of learning styles. My degree covered a range of less-studied religions/philosophies/ethical theories (Shinto, indigenous philosophy, feminist care ethics) as well as more mainstream topics/people (Christianity, Aristotelianism, utilitarianism).
