About Lara
With an English Literature degree from Leeds University, I have 17 years of experience in teaching English. I am also a professional children’s book author published by HarperCollins. Ever since I was a young child, I have always loved reading and writing - this is what inspired me to teach English as a profession. In my private English literature and language lessons, I draw on my years of experience to inspire pupils of all abilities and ages.

I offer a free 30-minute phone consultation with parents/carers to discuss the individual needs of each new pupil. Every session is then tailored to the pupil’s needs to ensure they feel thoroughly informed and inspired by their English lessons.
