About Robynne
I am a young and vibrant educator, who have a passion for the teaching industry. I like any activities that entails nature, picnics, exploring new restaurants or places. I also enjoy sight seeing.
I am currently a high school educator where I teach grade 9 and 10 students Afrikaans. I have experience in the subjects of Art, and Life- orientation.
I graduated at the University of the Western Cape where I obtained my BA degree in Afrikaans, History and Psychology. I have also graduated with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education where I have gained more knowledge about the methodologies & pedagogy of History and Afrikaans.

I make use of everyday examples of which my students can relate to, this way it is easier for them to grasp the concepts that we are busy with.
When it comes to the language methodologies it will be similar whether it is English or Afrikaans. I will first explain concepts and use examples for my students so that they will be able to understand the different concepts in the subjects. My primary focus is that learners will be able to understand and be able to apply what I have taught them to do on their own by using mini tasks, which will be beneficial for them when they will be writing an assessments.
