About Emma
I'm Emma, my main job is being a flight attendant and I also became a yoga instructor in 2018. I discovered yoga during a difficult period in my life and realized how much it supported me and how beneficial the practice was for me physically and mentally. I would like to share this with you and support you in achieving your goals with a well-founded yoga practice.

In 2018, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga training in Koh Phangan, Thailand, and since then, I've been teaching part-time in various studios or outdoor yoga classes in parks. My practice focuses on powerful yoga flows that harmonize body and mind and help you feel balanced throughout the day. I also enjoy teaching regenerative classes.
