About Rachel
I am currently working in HR and I am also part way through a psychology degree so I understand what helps people create their better life through action. I have also had personal life experiences where I have had to be resilient, learn stress management and how to reinvent my life. I would love to pass on everything I have learned to whomever else may need guidance whether it be through fitness or through mental support.
