Usually we have 4 basics that are formed in training, namely starting from the physical (how strong the body is in accepting basketball movements to reduce injury), individual skills (basic techniques such as dribbling, shooting, passing, and others), tactics (how to play basketball if needed). later in the team) and mentally play
