About Kaitlyn
My name is Kaitlyn, and I'm a junior at Cornell University's ILR School, where I study labor relations, talent management, and marketing. I'm also a D1 sprinter on Cornell's Track & Field team, where I competed in the 100m and 200m — and before that, I was a 2022 Connecticut State Champion in sprinting.
I've always loved writing. It's something I've carried alongside athletics my whole life; I'm a creative writer and poet, and I believe that great writing starts with finding your own voice, not just following a formula. That's exactly what I bring to tutoring: a personalized, thoughtful approach that meets you where you are.
Outside of academics and athletics, I'm passionate about wellness, philosophy, and the art of communication in all its forms. I bring that curiosity into every session — because good writing isn't just about grammar. It's about thinking clearly, arguing well, and saying something that actually matters.
Whether you're a first-year trying to find your footing or an upperclassman refining your style, I'm here to help you become a more confident, capable writer.
