About Deissy Angelica
Deissy Angélica Velandia holds a Master's degree in Administration of Educational Institutions from Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM) and a B. Ed. in Philology and Languages-English from Universidad Nacional of Colombia. She has worked as an EFL teacher in various Universities in Bogotá as well as Eastern International University in Vietnam and has been a certified IELTS examiner by Cambridge ESOL examinations for over five years. She has worked as a freelance ELT consultant, lecturer and teacher trainer for Oxford University Press, the British Council and the Ministry of Education of Colombia. She is certified as a TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) practical assessor and instructor by Cambridge English Language Assessment. She has also been part of the academic team of the Bilingualism National Program of the Ministry of Education of Colombia.
