About Idaiane
My name is Idaiane (pronounced "E-Dye-Annie"), RYT, and C-IAYT Yoga Therapist. I currently reside in Thornhill, Ontario, and am originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil.
My services are designed to bridge the gap between where
you are now and the future you envision. I provide personalized support and take the time to understand your unique needs.

I offer personalized yoga and therapeutic yoga sessions tailored to meet your unique needs. The first class is complimentary and conducted online. In-person sessions are available, primarily for Thornhill residents, depending on the location. These sessions aim to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, improve movement patterns, and promote overall well-being.
In our initial assessment, we delve into your concerns and goals through a conversation and movement exploration.
Gain valuable insights with tailored movement suggestions, enhancing your understanding of your body.
Following the assessment, I create a personalized plan aligned with your goals.
The sessions are adaptive, addressing your present condition, and ensuring flexibility based on your physical and mental state.
Between our sessions, you'll get "homework" – With clear and easy to follow exercises for you to practice on your own. As we go along, the plan adapts to suit your changing needs.
