About Kundan
I'm Kundan Mishra, a HYROX PRO-division athlete and strength and conditioning coach based in Gurugram. I run K-Fit Functional Fitness, where I coach athletes for HYROX, running and functional strength.
My own racing is the proof of my method. Across 10 HYROX races I have earned 4 podiums, including age-group champion (Men 30-34) at HYROX Delhi, and cut my solo men's time from 1:17:16 to 1:09:25 - almost 8 minutes - by fixing stations, pacing and transitions rather than simply training more. At HYROX Mumbai 2026 I placed 10th of 1,596 in Doubles Men (59:24) and 18th of 181 in PRO Doubles Men at pro weights (1:02:40). It's not how fast you are, it's how you're progressing.
Qualifications: Australian Strength and Conditioning Association (ASCA) coach, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and a B.P.Ed in Physical Education.

Your first 60-minute session is FREE. Send me your race date or your latest HYROX splits and I'll reply the same day with the 2-3 stations where you can save the most time.
This is HYROX coaching built from your own race data, not random high-volume workouts. Every athlete starts with a race-split and station audit to find exactly where time is being lost: the runs, the sleds, the lunges or the wall balls.
What you get:
• A station-by-station plan: SkiErg and Row pacing, Sled Push and Pull technique, efficient Burpee Broad Jumps, Sandbag Lunges and unbroken Wall Ball sets
• Compromised-running blocks so your 1 km runs stay strong after every station
• Weekly programming built around your equipment, schedule and race date
• Regular check-ins, video technique feedback and a race-day pacing and transition strategy
A typical session: mobility and activation, a technique block on one or two stations, a race-specific conditioning piece, then cool-down and a review of your numbers.

• Experienced racers chasing a PB or the PRO division
