About Donato Giuseppe
I hold a Diploma in Hypnotherapy (DHP Acc.Hyp.) and I am a member of the Professional Hypnotherapy Practitioner Association (PHPA), and adhere to their code of ethics. I hold full professional insurance. I also hold a BSc in Exercise and Sport Science, a MSc in Exercise Rehabilitation, and a PhD. I have been an academic researcher for several years, working on different topics (e.g., physical activity and wellbeing).

I know that being on tight work deadlines can be stressful, and that there are moments in life when we can feel anxious at work or during our daily activities. I also understand that students and professionals can feel anxious when having to deliver public speaking, and that sometimes they show low self-confidence, negatively impacting their performance either at work or during their university career. I am a hypnotherapist and offer classes on: -relaxation -stress management -anxiety management -public speaking -self-confidence -self-hypnosis In the first lesson you will receive a 30 minute free consultation where we will discuss together how hypnotherapy can help you. Sessions are intended for adults (18+) resident in the UK. Results may vary and success is not guaranteed. Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical treatment, psychological or psychiatric services or appropriate counselling.
