About Diana

I have great success teaching others how to manage and reduce stress. I use techniques learnt through my own personal challenges. Working in health and understanding the body as I do allows me to reveal to the client exactly what is taking place. I have a degree in Physical Health Education, I am a qualified Pilates and Reformer Instructor as well as teaching Yoga for over 10 years.
