About Chloé
I learned to dance in the rain rather than wait for good weather! Passionate about well-being in general, I created Berry Wild (Instagram @Berry___wild) to support women who want to learn to listen to their bodies and become fully themselves. Dancer since the age of 6, I discovered yoga 8 years ago. Regular practice has allowed me to improve my flexibility, listening to my body, managing my breathing and the general well-being of my body (psychic, physiological and physical).

Each session is still punctuated by a warm-up / anchoring at the beginning and ends with gentle postures / relaxation. Je pratique peu le Yoga mais Chloé a été très à l’écoute durant nos cours en visio. Ses instructions sont détaillées ce qui est parfait pour les moins expérimentés, mais ses combinaisons sont assez technique pour vraiment se challenger.
J’ai pratiqué une heure de yoga par jour avec Chloé pendant 3 mois et je la recommande vivement. Elle sait s’adapter aux besoins et aux niveaux de chacun et nous fait évoluer en fonction. Ses cours sont toujours variés et adaptés à ce dont notre corps a envie. Lumineuse et bienveillante ces cours sont de vrais moment hors du temps.
