About Juan Pantaleon

Hola! My name is Juan Pantaleon Quevedo. I'm a student at York St John University, and I’m currently studying Computer Science. I’ve been learning English since I was very little due to family in the UK, and 3 years ago, I started giving Spanish classes to people in the Canary Islands who were visiting or wanted to move there! I’m very social, dynamic, and also very professional. At the end of the day, I want to speak Spanish with YOU! Languages are my second passion, and meeting different types of people in the process is beautiful. If you want to learn, have fun, and meet a group of people learning Spanish, give me a call!

About the lesson

HOLA!! My approach to tutoring is interactive and tailored to each student's needs, focusing on: 1.Conversational Classes 2.Writing Emails & Interview Preparation 3.Social Conversational Practice 4. Writing Methodology 5. Social Spanish club+ to have fun together :) Each lesson typically lasts 1 hour. With 3 years of experience teaching Spanish to tourists in the Canary Islands, I’m comfortable teaching students of any age and level!

I contacted Juan to improve my Spanish for job interviews, and of course it was one of the best decisions I have made. Thanks to your patience and knowledge, I have been able to apply for the position for which I fight so much and in which I am currently.

100% recommended.

Juan is an amazing Spanish teacher! We started with an interview to assess my level and learning goals, which made it clear that his lessons would be personalized and effective. From the very first class, his sessions were fun, engaging, and tailored to my needs. He creates a relaxed and interactive environment that makes learning enjoyable. After just one month of lessons, I could already see a noticeable improvement in my Spanish skills. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your conversational Spanish, I highly recommend Juan as a tutor!
