About Liv
I have just attained my history bachelors degree at Northumbria University, having also got both my A-level and GCSE grades to a high level, I am now working to achieve my dream of becoming a history teacher at secondary school level, and hope to help students achieve their full potential in a subject I’m passionate about. Currently, I work at teaching personnel part time in order to gain experience in the educational field and make myself a more versatile teacher to all abilities.

My teaching approach is adaptive to the needs of the student in which I’m offering the tutoring to. The best way to learn is by learning through a method that you enjoy and can interact with, which is why I think the student should set out how they want to be taught particular subjects, as teaching methods can change across each subject and each student. 1:1 sessions will be offered for free as a taster session, with the intention of gaining all the relevant information to make lessons as interactive and effective as possible. After this, sessions will be flexible to the students needs/ availability to ensure comfortabilty. There will be a specific layout to each lesson with lesson objectives to enhance revision and exam techniques.
