I obtained my BSC degree in physiology and psychology and specialised further with a Honours degree in Psychology. I am passionate about health and wellness. I have practical experience in cognitive training. I love to connect people to valuable resources.

As a psychology tutor, I focus on overall well-being (physically, mentally and spiritually) I also help students to make sense of their study material to be able to apply the study material into a practical examination manner. An intro session will allow me to understand each student’s goals.
