About Lindsey
Hello, everyone! My name is Lindsey and I am a student at Montclair State University. As a young child, I benefited greatly from math tutoring. For this reason, I am eager to make a difference in children's lives by providing tutoring in various subjects. As a student in the area of communications and media, my strengths lie in English, writing, and the arts.
I have experience tutoring children in all subjects. I am able to tutor grades K-6 (I prefer to work with K-3).
I have a great passion for children and enjoy working with them very much. For fun, I enjoy baking, photography, and playing with my dogs!
I do not have a car, therefore, my tutoring sessions are required to take place on the Montclair State University Campus. My sessions will be held in our Sprague Library; a beautiful public learning facility in the heart of campus. Sprague Library is conveniently attached to an Au Bon Pain bakery/cafe – a great place to grab a coffee while waiting for your child!

I approach each topic by gaging the student's strengths and weaknesses. I believe that every child is fiercely intelligent and deserves to be recognized as such. It is my job to assist them in reaching their fullest potential. Each lesson will be spent reaching new goals, perfecting skills, and understanding concepts.
