About Charlotte
I’m Lottie, and I believe that true health is a multidimensional masterpiece. At *eatlife, we move past the clinical rigidity of traditional nutrition to look at the 'full, unique recipe' of your life.
Specialising in eating disorder recovery, my approach is rooted in the belief that healing your relationship with food is only the beginning. Together, we deep-dive into the intersections of nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and relationships. Because when we nourish the soul as intentionally as the body, we finally gain the tools to truly eat life up.
