About Marea
Hello, My name is Marea—I’m a mentor, facilitator, yoga teacher, and lifelong student of what allows human beings to flourish.
I studied Public Advocacy Communication and Urban Studies because I wanted to understand people: how we organize, how change happens, and what conditions allow individuals and communities to thrive.
That path led me into community organizing and advocacy, where I spent years traveling the country, developing emerging leaders, organizing campaigns, mobilizing thousands of people, and helping raise over $1 million for social and environmental causes.
I loved the work—but eventually began noticing a contradiction.
I was working tirelessly to create a healthier world while often sacrificing my own well-being to do it.
I realized I didn’t want to build a better future by abandoning myself in the present.
That realization led me deeper into yoga, meditation, embodiment, holistic living, and the study of sustainable personal change. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali and spent nine months living and working at the world-renowned Esalen Institute, immersing myself in practices centered around human growth, connection, and transformation.
Along the way, the question guiding my work changed.
Instead of asking, “How do we make ourselves do more?”
I began asking, “What conditions allow us to flourish?”
Clarity Guidance grew from that question.
Today, my work brings together two worlds that are often kept separate: vision and structure, inner transformation and practical action.
I help people clarify the life they truly desire and cultivate the habits, rhythms, systems, environments, and support that allow that life—and more of who they already are—to emerge.

CLARITY GUIDANCE- A Holistic Mentorship Process
There is a seed of greatness within you.
You can feel it in the realm of possibility—all that you are and all that you could be. And yet, you may struggle to translate that vision into the reality you actually live.
Sometimes the problem isn’t the seed. It’s the soil.
Rather than endlessly trying to change yourself, what if you changed the conditions of your life so that more of who you already are could emerge?
Your habits. Your routines. Your environment. Your commitments. Your systems. The way you spend your time and energy.
When these begin working together, growth becomes less dependent on willpower. You create an ecosystem where becoming who you want to be becomes a natural result of the life you’re living.
That is the heart of Clarity Guidance.

We might clarify a career transition, turn a dream into a 90-day plan, simplify an overwhelming schedule, develop supportive daily rhythms, establish foundational habits, create a personal planning system, or work through what’s keeping you from taking an important next step.
Some sessions are visionary. Others are deeply practical.
A beautiful vision without structure can remain a dream—and structure without meaning can become another cage.
My work lives at the intersection of the two.
A LIVING PROCESS
This isn’t a rigid formula. We clarify, experiment, reflect, adjust, and continue.
Even one session can create meaningful direction, though I recommend beginning with at least five sessions to experience the process more fully.
Ultimately, we’re learning to build a fulfilling life now that naturally supports the future we desire.
