About Phoebe
I am currently doing my degree in BA History at Goldsmiths University of London.
Over summer i would love to share my knowledge and passion for History, i hope to be a A-Level History teacher one day and this would give me a great chance to gain experience. I am a hard working committed young women with a thirst for knowledge! I feel that the way History is taught is key to how we understand the past and our own present conditions.

I like to start my lessons with a quick pop quiz to gain a insight into what needs to be worked on. I also collaborate practical work into my teaching methods, i like to make lessons fun and get children involved in the topic, creative learning is what i base my methods on, for example i like to get children to imagine what the situation would be like at the time by playing music, viewing art and creating newspaper articles. I like to regularly break down exam structures and go through it together, knowing the facts is the easy part, however exam technique is paramount.
