About Lucy
I am a student, I have an 8 in English language at GCSE, a 7 in English Literature and a 6 in maths. I have an A in A-level politics and sociology and a B in A-level history. I have secured a place at Nottingham university to study History starting September. Possibly with an interest to go on to be a high school teacher.

I am happy to help with any history, sociology and politics up to A-level and also RE up to GCSE- I got an A in and my parents are vicars. Believe the lesson should be based strongly round the individuals needs, my preferred style is to have notes written out that student can see whilst I talk through them in more detail and the student take notes, this allows for a reference and I can slow to the pace needed. Also strongly believe in the importance of recall so would hope to be able to test on stuff covered over time- not formally or long writing just key facts. Can also go over exam techniques if needed
