I have been tutoring in English Language and English literature for the last three years whilst studying history. My students have ranged from 11+ preparation to A Level preparation. My personal career outside tutoring consists of freelance writing, directing and acting.

My teaching methods are built around the needs of the individual student in question. I begin the tutoring process by evaluating what my client’s strengths and weaknesses are, comparing them to the academic goals they hope to achieve, and then devise a tutoring programme that works best for them. Every lesson is planned in advance, and work is is also planned to support the student between lessons.
