During my academic career as an instructor in local colleges and as an online professor, I have successfully taught literally thousands of students from all backgrounds in over 400 courses taught and have the skills and experience to guide and assist students with their academic work and this provides me with a great deal of satisfaction.

I am an experienced academic researcher and teacher of history and a published academic author as well as a Fulbright scholar to Italy. I have taught history most of my adult life, but also the general skills necessary for success in college, particularly academic essay writing and critical thinking skills. I hold a Masters of Art degree from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a Ph.D. from the University of Rochester.
