Teaching Methodology
I use a mix of conversation practice, vocabulary building, grammar foundations, and real-life scenarios.
Lessons include speaking, listening, reading, and writing, depending on your goals.
I incorporate cultural context—expressions, traditions, and everyday language—to help you feel connected to the Hindi-speaking world.
For beginners, I focus on confidence and clarity. For intermediate learners, I emphasize fluency, accuracy, and natural expression. I provide personalized notes, practice exercises, and optional homework to reinforce learning.
Most lessons run for 60 minutes, which allows enough time for explanation, practice, and review. First session is free (30 minutes) to build rapport and understand the level and interest of the students. I am a native Hindi speaker with strong proficiency in both Hindi and English, and I studied at the Australian National University, which has given me a solid academic foundation and valuable cross-cultural communication skills. I also work full-time in a professional environment, allowing me to bring structure, clarity, and practical communication techniques into every lesson.
My lessons are designed for adults and teenagers who want to learn Hindi from the very beginning or build on their existing skills, especially those hoping to reconnect with their heritage, communicate more easily with family, or explore Indian culture, and I teach in a patient, supportive way that adapts to each learner’s pace, making my classes ideal for beginner to intermediate students.
