Personally I am doing yoga since 2013. I am teaching yoga from last 5 years I know all the yoga poses very briefly and also I am a national yoga player from Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra. And also State level Gold medalist in yoga. And I have learned yoga from the Kurukshetra University camp of university . I have also taught yoga in many institutions and Seva Bharti and also in Dayal Singh Public School and many more schools in Panipat from last 5 years.
