About Charlotte
Based in central London, I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Psychotherapist. I am dedicated to providing high quality training and therapy and have over 11 years of NHS experience helping people with their mental health. As well as working for the Sole2Soul Fitness, I work for a leading NHS Trust in London offering Psychotherapy to adults with a range of mood and anxiety-related difficulties.
In addition to my BSc (Hons) in Psychology, I have two post graduate qualifications, from UCL and Kings College London, in delivering effective CBT. I also regularly lecture at UCL on the importance of physical activity being integrated into mental health care. In my clinical work, I take a holistic approach towards mental health and have a deep appreciation for how the functioning of our bodies and mind are intertwined. I also use evidence based, cognitive and behavioural techniques, to help people make positive, practical changes in their lives.
My friendly and professional approach will help others achieve their fitness goals through a mixture of high intensity, strength, and endurance-based exercise. And I aim not only to help clients achieve their goals, but also empower them to become self-motivated to live healthier, happier and a more active lifestyle.

Offering a unique and truly holistic approach to your wellbeing through virtual personal training and cognitive behavioural therapy
I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) Psychotherapist, and have over 9 years of experience working in a leading NHS Trust in London and can offer psychotherapy to adults with a range of mood and anxiety-related difficulties, including:
- depression
- OCD
- social anxiety
- PTSD/trauma
- panic attacks
- anxiety/excessive worry
- specific phobias
- body-dysmorphia
- low self-esteem
- general stress
- adjustment difficulties
I take a holistic approach towards mental health and have a deep appreciation for how the functioning of our bodies and mind are intertwined. As a qualified personal trainer I can, when requested, provide people with personal training plans to complete alongside the therapy, and work with people on lifestyle change to improve their mental health. I have a warm and friendly approach to therapy and enjoy helping people improve their mental wellbeing so they can move towards living a more meaningful and contented life.
In line with the the evidence base for CBT, the number of sessions offered will be limited, often between twelve and twenty sessions.
