About Yuri

Here is a natural, professional English version suitable for a website or teaching profile:

---

My professional career spans several areas of music. In addition to teaching, I work as a concert pianist, ballet accompanist, composer, and arranger.

# TEACHING

I have taught at a variety of music conservatories and music schools, both public and private.

I have been giving private piano lessons for over 18 years.

# CONCERT PIANIST

I perform regularly as both a soloist and chamber musician in concert halls across Spain, as well as occasionally in the Netherlands and Belgium.

I have performed at venues including the National Auditorium of Music in Madrid (twice), the Casino de Madrid, the Zaragoza Auditorium, the Palau de la Música in Valencia, De Doelen (Rotterdam), the Middelburg Concert Hall, and the Atelier Marcel Hastir in Brussels, among others.

# BALLET ACCOMPANIST

I have always enjoyed combining music with other art forms, which led me to specialize in dance accompaniment, including classical ballet, Spanish dance, flamenco, and contemporary dance.

I have worked as a ballet accompanist for:

* LAMOV Dance Company (Zaragoza)
* Asociación por la Danza (Madrid)
* Codarts University for the Arts – Rotterdam Conservatory
* Royal Conservatory of The Hague
* Mariemma Royal Professional Conservatory of Dance (Madrid)
* María de Ávila Higher Conservatory of Dance (Madrid)

# COMPOSER & ARRANGER

You can listen to some of my work on my YouTube channel.

I have been composing for more than ten years. My music is influenced by classical music, pop, tango, flamenco, Cuban music, and film scores.

I regularly perform my own compositions in my solo recitals.

I also create arrangements and piano covers of well-known songs for ballet classes.

I have been teaching private piano lessons for over 20 years.

# ABOUT MY LESSONS

Above all, my lessons provide a relaxed and enjoyable environment where learning music is a rewarding experience. Students leave each lesson feeling motivated and excited to keep practicing throughout the week.

Every lesson is tailored to each student's goals, interests, and musical background. Here are some of the areas we can work on:

* Play music in any style: film soundtracks, pop and rock songs, classical pieces, covers, flamenco, tango, Cuban music, and any other music you'd like to learn.
* I create personalized arrangements of your favorite songs, adapted to your level.
* We can also work on music theory, harmony, accompaniment, improvisation, composition, sight-reading, ear training, playing by ear, and more.

In my lessons, you'll learn much more than just how to play the piano. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how music is constructed and how it works, giving you a broader musical perspective on both what you play and what you listen to.-
