About Lexi
Since I was in Kindergarten I have always wanted to be a teacher, although I didn't know what type until about 7th grade. I am currently a 10th grader and I have now proudly chosen to tackle the role of a learning disability specialist as for I am Dyslexic and know the struggle and I also have been in the other side of things as an assistant teacher with students in the classroom and it breaks my heart that people have so much difficulty finding help for their children that is affordable. I want to change that. Of course I am not only limited to those who have learning difficulties but my primary job focuses on that.

My lessons will be fun and engaging.We will get to know each other and be able to benefit from each other. I want all my students to feel a sense of relief when knowing we have a lesson and i want them to feel less stressed. I live by the saying of everyone learns differently and that is okay but it is no reason to use as an excuse. I encourage all students to have fun and be creative in their lessons. Lastly, children often feel pressured by the work amount and intensity so I will be completing all the work my students do to relieve some tension.
