Hi, I’m Naheelia! I’m a dedicated high school sophomore with a strong passion for helping others succeed in math. I’ve gained valuable experience tutoring classmates and younger students, and I understand how challenging math can feel—because I’ve been there too. As a high school sophomore with a strong passion for math, I offer tutoring sessions designed especially for elementary, middle school, and freshman high school students. My name is Naheelia, and I believe that every student learns differently—so I adapt my teaching style to fit each individual’s needs.
My approach is patient, encouraging, and relatable. I use creative, hands-on techniques to explain concepts in ways that make sense to younger learners. Whether it’s breaking down tricky word problems or using real-life examples to explain algebra, I focus on building confidence and understanding step by step.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review of previous material, followed by a focused session on the current topic using practice problems, and visual aids. I always leave time for questions and make sure students feel comfortable asking anything.
What sets me apart is that I’ve recently been in your shoes—I understand the challenges students face and how overwhelming math can feel. That’s why I make learning fun, stress-free, and tailored to each student’s pace.
