About Lauren
I am a high school sophomore who has been playing the piano since age 6. Since then, I have developed a strong love for music and continued to search for opportunities to learn and perform more. I participated and have won awards in competitions as well as my middle school jazz band for four years while still taking lessons. During the pandemic lockdown, I took online lessons and sometimes learned my favorite songs on my own. I have some experience teaching my little sister and I enjoyed it very much. I am eager to share my knowledge with students and to help them create and reach their goals for the piano. I believe in a fun and engaging approach to learning the piano and can honestly say from experience that it teaches you more about life, focusing improving yourself and so much more. Whether you have never touched a piano in your life, just started playing, or have been playing for a year or two, I'd be more than happy to help you out!

Teaching piano through series of piano books and instruction. Offering lessons from 30 minutes to 1 hour (either online or in-person) to young learners from levels beginner to intermediate. Young but passionate, enthusiastic, teacher excited to introduce others to the piano. If student does not have a piano or keyboard of their own, in-person lessons at my home are offered.
