About Ari
Kia Ora, My name is Ari, and I am a first-year student at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. I am studying Classical Studies, Theatre, and Law, and I have graduated High School with a Merit Endorsement. Throughout my English studies, I have consistently achieved high marks and have been learning music theory and piano since I was six. Due to these experiences, I am highly capable of teaching students below an NCEA Level 2 level.

Ki Ora all,
I like to first see what kind of teaching style the student would benefit from and adapt to that, I believe that if a student enjoys their subject, then they will learn more from it, as they will have more interest. I have only done a practice shift tutoring mainly primary schoolers before so I do not have much experience, so student levels I feel comfortable teaching are preschoolers to NCEA Level 1. A single lesson will last about an hour and I can travel to your home or school to tutor. The price will only be $23.15 (minimum wage) an hour, given my lack of experience or qualification. I'm open to an unpaid practice lesson to begin with if you would like.
