- Individual Learning Assessment – I will start by understanding each student’s current knowledge level, challenges, and goals to create a tailored learning plan. - Customised Lesson Plans – I will adapt content, pace, and teaching style to suit the student’s learning preferences and strengths. - Real-World Relevance – I will use practical examples from engineering and everyday life to show the value and application of concepts. - Interactive Problem-Solving – I will encourage active participation through worked examples, guided practice, and collaborative discussions. - Progress Monitoring – I will provide regular feedback and measurable milestones to track improvement and maintain motivation. - Supportive Environment – I will create a safe space for questions, exploration, and learning from mistakes without judgement. - Flexible Adaptation – I would continuously refine the approach based on the student’s progress, ensuring lessons remain effective and engaging.
