I am a London-based personal trainer with over 10 years of professional experience, recognised as a Top 100 personal trainer worldwide at Equinox. I am a national champion and a multiple medallist in natural bodybuilding, with competitive experience across several sports disciplines. Over the past decade, I have worked with more than 1,000 clients, helping people of all levels achieve fat loss, muscle development, strength, performance, and long-term health. My coaching is highly structured, results-focused, and fully personalised, built on discipline, education, and sustainable progress.

I offer high-end, private 1-to-1 personal training sessions in London, fully tailored to each individual’s goals, lifestyle and physical condition.
